Dialogue partners almost can't hear me? An AudioPara3 problem?

Hi,
unfortunatedly my dialogue partners almost can't hear what I'm telling them via HTC Touch Pro 2 although I'm not whispering. Is there a way to improve the microphone sensivity?

Could it be a solution to change the AudioPara3.csv?

The parameters
B23,CE_REC_INC_MIC
B24,CE_REC_EXT_MIC
C8,CE_REC_INC_MIC
C9,CE_REC_EXT_MIC
F23,CE_REC_INC_MIC
F24,CE_REC_EXT_MIC
make me fell that they are related to the micro. Are they? What are they for?

A page with a closer description of the AudioPara3.csv might be helpfull to learn more about its functionality. Any link?

In addition I'd like to know, what the following files on my HTC Touch Pro 2 are for:
AudioPara.csv
AudioPara3_ATT.csv
AudioPara3_Boot.csv
AudioPara3_O2_V4.csv
AudioPara3_TMO.csv
AudioPreProcessTable.csv

Could it be, that they are called instead of the AudioPara3.csv? Is this the reason why my AudioPara3.csv-Modifications don't show any reaction, if I implement the modified AudioPara3.csv?
