Sprint Provisioning cabs

I've got MightyROM 02.04.2010 ROM flashed to my TP2. I like the stock signal bars versus what MightyMike has cooked in his ROM. I install the 7 signal bar cab and it works. One problem is though, on my EV, it never gets past 4 bars. 1x goes all the way to 7 bars. When I was on stock 6.1 Sprint ROM, I was always around 6 or 7 bars.

So I'm wondering, does any Sprint user out there have a different Sprint Provisioning cab that I could use. Thank you.

Nevermind. I figured it out. Installed the Sprint cab linked in my message. Got 5 bars right away and showing 6 now.

Interesting....Just like you said, after the flash, I get fewer bars. But the connection speed was way faster. After running the Sprint Prov cab, I see more bars. But the connect speed also drops back to where it was. I am scratching my head real hard. In both cases, I have EV connectivity.

Well, that is interesting. Does it just seem slower, or is it actually slower? Sometimes these things can play tricks on our minds!!

Re: Sprint Provisioning cabs

Will these work on a Verizon phone? I am doing a test using an HTC Imagio with sprint service and I can't get EvDO to work, only 1x, I am guessing I have to provision the phone the way Sprint does it? Something just doesn't work right. In Android, I tested an HTC Incredible on Sprint and I got EvDO then, but in Windows Mobile I haven't been able to test this at all... I am about to give up on Windows Mobile..!

Either the provisioning is set wrong or its your PRL . i can switch between verizon's PRL or sprints PRL . when im on verizon's PRL i can get EvDO Roaming , with one fluke , i cant recieve calls . I can make them , and everything else works . when ppl call me on Verizon's PRL it goes straight to voicemail .
