Manilla 4 Columns All Programs Problem
Why does my all programs look like this all of a sudden. I tried uninstalling and reinstall but it does not fix the problem. I used this for my columns 4ColumnsStart26AllPrograms_v1.1.cab

Did you get the .cab from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=539107 ?
Did you turn off TF3D or Sense when installing/uninstalling? Carrier? ROM?

Stock verizon 6.5 with sense 2.1. And yes it was turned off.

Somthing else installed isn't playing nice with the All programs tab.
Hard to guess what it could be. I've seen somthing similar once when the Awsone Start Menu had icons and text overlapping after an install of another cab. A soft reset fixed it, though and I havn't experienced it since. You didn't happen to try the "white text & 4 program icons" or "black text and 4 program icons" cabs floating around? I've heard these have produced similar results for some users.

I had same problem and I uninstalled it, it was sad because I liked 4 columns but I couldn't stand seeing that mess. I am verizon 6.5 stock as well.

I figured out one manilla file wasn't copying completely. So I did it manually and it works fine

i dont even disable manilla when it says and have no problems, try uninstalling last thing installed
