Somthing else installed isn't playing nice with the All programs tab.

Hard to guess what it could be. I've seen somthing similar once when the Awsone Start Menu had icons and text overlapping after an install of another cab. A soft reset fixed it, though and I havn't experienced it since.

You didn't happen to try the "white text & 4 program icons" or "black text and 4 program icons" cabs floating around? I've heard these have produced similar results for some users.
