TP2 Messaging Issues!

I had a couple of quick questions. I installed the HTC sms hot-fix for the 2016 timestamp issue directly from their website and it seemed to work, but when I get new messages they don't show up on the TF3D screen anymore, the ticker shows 1 message and then I have to go to all messages to see the message. I cannot seem to see it on the TF3D messaging tab. The last message I received before I did the hotfix seems to be stuck on there for some reason. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Also, every time I have to try to reply to a message I have to click on the reply option to be able to do so...otherwise it takes forever if I tap the TF3D screen and try to reply directly from there. What is the fastest way to do this? Sorry I just got my TP2 and am not sure if there is already a fix for this lag...Thanks in advance!

Didn't have that problem here... Did you put it into Airplane mode prior to installing and reboot (soft reset) then take it out of Airplane mode.

Yes I did...I put it in airplane mode, installed, soft reset automatically, then took it out of airplane mode.

I see you have the TP1....That phone is junk...I had issues with the TF3D messaging tab...click menu, reply and nothing happens...Maybe a hard reset...that seems to fix all issues. Also, are you running the stock rom? Have alot of cab's installed?

Friends, I hard reset my phone and re-installed the hotfix for sms - that fixed the earlier problem on paragraph one where the sms didn't display on the messaging tab.

I have the TP2 actually, got it only yesterday. The TF3D messaging tab on my TP2 takes about 4 seconds to load up the last message. Then when I click on the message itself it takes another 10 seconds to load up the history of conversations in TF3D mode. It is faster for me to click on all messages on the left and go from there...
Anyone else have the same problem, is there a fix for this?

If you have messages that still have the 2016 bug, your new messages will be a lot further down in the messages list....

Yeah the 2016 bug is fixed...

the problem that remains is with the lag time that was mentioned here...

i got the same problem. i don't have a clue how to fix it. does anyone know the files that control that part of the TF3D?
