shortcut to screen alignment app

anyone know the file name of the screen allignment app and where its located?

or better yet how to disable it if the up and down arrows are pressed

No idea what the alignment app is, but you can activate it by pressing both volume keys and tapping the screen.

However, I'm not sure how to disable it either! Sorry
