Re: Bluetooth doesn't hang up

If you are on a Cooked Rom, There is a known issue for this, From what I remember I believe Mighty fixed this issue, Not too sure, but cooked rom's have this issue.

I had this problem on stock ROM, not cooked. Mighty's ROM fixed it for me.

Yep, stock has the bigger problem. To the OP, do a search for Bluetooth, there are huge threads about it

Re: Bluetooth doesn't hang up

there is a registry fix I found yesterday that fixes this.. I will post it when I get home.. HOWEVER, it messed up the LAST RECEIVED, LAST DIALED and missed calls on the bluetooth device.. it appears not to send the info. HOWEVER, having the hangup work, the incoming calls not disconnect and the custom ringer come through the bluetooth device is worth the missing info...

Re: Bluetooth doesn't hang up

Modify the HandsFree plug-in:
HKLM\Software\WIDCOMM\Plugin\HandsFree
i. Change SupportedFeatures to 45 (default is 1135)
ii. Add value HFBDA binary, set to same value as LastConnectedBda
iii. Add value HFDeviceType decimal 2

Modify the WIDCOMM bluetooth general settings:
HKLM\Software\WIDCOMM\BtConfig\General
i. Change bdaddr to (no value)
ii. Change DisableReopenAudio to 0 (default is 1)

Reboot device

I now have most of the bluetooth working but when connected to bluetooth the phone LAGS and goes into slow motion.. as soon as I disconnect the bluetooth connection all is back to normal...

This fix does NOT work; this hack was for the Motorola Q9c bluetooth issues.

It does work.. hack may have come from that but it works fine on the TP2 where my phone didnt work....HOWEVER you see the issue I have when I had the stock ROM.. I am now on mighty rom and I used that same registry change but instead of 45 I changed it to 1085 and now even the missed calls, last dialed etc work 100%.. I am using a touch pro2 with a garmin nuvi gps that as bluetooth speakerphone and one screen phonebook.. oh yea and I can hang up just fine now...
