No Picture Rotation

How come pictures done' rotate as it does with the TP1? Also, is there a fix to this?

i think it has something to do with the version of HTC album...alot of chefs use 3.2 version for its social networking uploads while 3.5 version doesnt have these but has the rotating engine....atleast that is wat i remember from my TP flashing days
