Enable desktop wallpaper to display on Remote Desktop Mobile

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to get your home computer's wallpaper to show on Remote Desktop Mobile (instead of the black background). I checked the registry under Terminal Services which I know pertains to Remote Desktop but found nothing to do with wallpaper enable/disable. Any help would be appreciated!

Re: Enable desktop wallpaper to display on Remote Desktop Mobile

I'm honestly curious - Why would you want to waste the bandwidth and process rendering cycles to accomplish seeing the RDP desktop wallpaper?

Re: Enable desktop wallpaper to display on Remote Desktop Mobile

I honestly haven't even played with this in a few years, although I used to connect to servers with it and had it configured to see wallpapers. That was, however, handled at the server end (both through the terminal server settings and group policy). I'm assuming there's something similar for the home user, either in way of a UI setting or something in the registry. In fact, I'd bet on it.

Happy hunting!
