Missing X button, how to kill weather animation sense 2.1, and changing weather updat

BTW, Great job mighty. Your ROM is amazing(you should be expecting some christmas money from me for this). Back to my original questions, I can't find anything on how to stop continuous weather animations. Or where my X task killer went. The only thing I have changed since the X dissappeared is installing an HDwalls cab, could that kill it? It didn't on the first one I made.? Also just an aside question can you change the weather updates on 2.1 from 3 hours to 12?? I have seen others asking this question in my searches but no real answer(only they were asking for shorter update times.). I know this is a lot of questions but in my searches I came up empty. If anybody can/will help me with all/any of these awesome and thanks. If not, thanks for looking anyway.

Also what is the best clear clock to use with 2.1? It seems as if the one I am using screws up my weather in clock.

One last thing and I promise I will shut up. Is there a way to see your 'uptime' like you could in the stock rom on mighty's?

I had the same issue once... i had to hard reset and all was well again. Another issue is sms. It gets stuck trying to load mainly when u select (all messages) from tf3d

I hope that isn't the case. But I guess you have to do what you have to do.
