Tp2 to be replaced , does sprint have Tp2 ?

I am having some issue with my TP2

and I want to replace it via the insurance that I have .
anybody knows if it is in stock , I do not wanna wait

and I do not want to get a comparable device.

Here's a thought...call Asurion and ask them? Inventory levels change daily. No way for us to know what they have available.
