static when in speakerphone mode for recipient

I just bought my TP2 today and am coming from a TP, both on sprint. My TP just crapped out on me forcing me to buy something new with no insurance, replacement or 1 year warranty in effect.

When calling people there is static on the recipient line for a brief moment and then we can clearly talk to each other. On the TP2 I don't hear any static.

When on a call and I activate the speaker phone the static becomes audible on the recipients end, again I can not hear it. I have tried calling multiple phones, it's all the same.

Clearly I am going to take it back and exchange for a new unit but I was just wondering if anyone had experienced that.

Thanks,
Steven

Re: static when in speakerphone mode for recipient

I have experienced a little crackle sound once a phone call starts but that all. Seems to be on random calls and only when answering. I'm just living with it for now.
