Change hard key

Hey all!
Another query for the geniuses here @ PPC geeks lol. I have newly invested in the Mogul and I am trying to utilize the messaging key. I want to be able to use it for the SMS threader I'm using but every time I try and set it in settings, it goes to the default setup.

Any help in this matter is highly appreciated!
