Exclamation Plastic Case Scratches Mogul

I recently purchased the Seido hybrid case and have been noticing that the front clear cover has been leaving some nicks on the case of my mogul... I thought that the case was supposed to Prevent theese things!!! So I looked closely and noticed that any small amount of dust that gets on the phone can work its way in to the case, basically acting as sandpaper when the outer casing moves...

Is anyone else with the plastic cases experiencing the same problem? its starting to make my phone look pretty bruised up.

First Off - my outer clear case doesnt move or squish even THE LITTLEST BIT... Iv had mine on for about 11 days and it has NO case scratches under the plastic... there were some hairs and shit in there tho...

Second Off - This used to happen with a similar type of ipod case i used, and yea dust will mess it up if it moves... but then again the ipod back is stupidly scratchable

Third Off - The seidio case is so sweet it doesnt matter, lol... well i guess it does since its not protecting the phone...

yeah i have to admit... even though it puts some small scratches on my mogul, it is hands down the best case I have used on a pda phone, especially combined with the holster, I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same issues that I was, I still love the case

I have the rubberized version and I don't have any scratches at all. In fact I dropped my Mogul about four feet onto asphalt a week after getting the case and the Mogul was perfect, just a couple dings on the case. I just checked under the case again and there's just some dust but no scratches. I hear some creaking if the Mogul is in my pocket and I squat down or something, but it doesn't appear to have done any damage in the few weeks I've had the case,

I don't even use a protective case and I have no scratches on my mogul. Sometimes you're better off without a case. All I use is a screen protector and I've even dropped my mogul several times. Not a single scratch on it.

I got a couple scratches on the battery cover and I decided I wanted a hard case. I have no doubt in my mind that if I dropped my Mogul the way I did without the case it would suffered extensive cosmetic damage at a minimum. I'm extremely pleased with the Seidio case. I checked again and there does appear to be some wear on the paint where the tabs of the case latch on, but it's barely noticeable.
