Assigning a hardware key to dail speed dial #

I'm sure there is a way but i have been looking for hours and cant find it. What I'm looking for is a way to assign a hard key to dial a specific phone number or a specific speed dial number (i.e. speed dial 4 or xxx-xxx-xxxx). I'm using AE Button Plus to mod all my other buttons but I don't see a way to do this unless there was a program that dialed the number or speed dial. I'm also using MortScript but i'm not very fluent with that. If anybody could help me it would be greatly appreciated
