Clearing most recent programs

I've been looking at this for a while now. I'm wondering, how can you clear the most recently run programs off of the [Start] list? Can anyone help?

I think there is a program or mortscript that can do this. Check out the software forum or XDA for it.

The Wisbar cascading start menu allows you to disable the "recent programs" from even displaying, just fyi.
