my mogul is messed up!

last night i tried to download that upgrade off htc.com and it didnt work. but now i cant make calls or anything its like my phone isnt programed to any service. its a phone that was flashed to cricket and now it has no service. can anyone help?

you will need to get into bootloader mode and try to flash it again. if it didnt work on one computer try on another computer.

to get into bootloader: press and hold power, camera buttons and then soft reset

im sorry. I ended up trying to run that rom upgrade again to see if it fixed the problem and everytime the download bar gets to 12% the phone goes blank then returns to the 3 color bar screen and the rom upgrade trys to start over. what should I do?

What is the carrier for the phone? I didn't think HTC supported Cricket.
