Can i have Blackberry OS on Titan ?

No you cannot, at least not yet. You still can't do it on a Pro either. Not much more has been released about it since that article broke 2 months ago.

typically any operating system will work with any device as long as you are able to get the drivers for the components for the operating system to understand. Since Blackberry works off a PIN system that works within their closed system blackberry would not recognize another device that had their operating system on it. In short, it wont work. By one who works on these systems.
