Answer key ignores call

I thought that it had been that the person calling hung up just as I hit the answer key (green telephone symbol of course) but it's been happening frequently enough so that I've come to the conclusion that when I hit the answer key for an incoming call the call is ignored/ended instead of answering it, the phone menu doesn't even come up. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so how can I fix it?

I'll try from now on and report back. The issue doesn't happen every time, so It's difficult to determine if a screen tap works instead by just a few trials.

Thanks, figured it was something like that. Nope, don't have it, but I have done **** to the phone. I'm running dcd's 3.2.5 with the 3.42 radio obviously. Bunch of apps and such loaded although I don't see how that would adversely effect the answering of incoming calls with that answer key.

For my xv6800 this was absolutely, unquestionably, for sure Advanced Config. I dont remember which setting though - think it was the auto disconnect but dont remember for sure.

I sometimes can't answer a phone (notably restricted calls or numbers not on my contact list) call when pressing the answer key or the display button. I don't have S2U2, but have Advance Config... going to delete since I have other tweaking apps... hopefully that will take care of it... thanks terrykrueger for the suggestion....

Don't have advance config or anything similar. Have X Button but dont think that would play a roll in it...
