Question Activesync acting up...

I know this has probably been discussed many times but I have yet to find a way to sync my Mogul, with WM 6.1, running Activesync 4.5 on my computer...

I had previously owned a Mogul that ran WM 6.0 but now that I have 6.1, my "device is not detected". After hours of researching, none of the posted troubleshooting steps have worked.

- Multiple reloads and downloads of Activesync
- Restarted PC after removing and adding Activesync
- Many soft resets and clicking on and off of "enable advanced network functionality
- Attempted to sync with multiple USB ports, even with Bluetooth, and still no luck

There are some steps such as deleting partnerships but I cannot navigate to find those.

My device is up-to-date and my drivers are as well...

This has become a very frustrating task. I have never had this many problems with my Mogul or Activesync.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!
