Yeah, can only tell on bright images. It is not worth replacing, but I did use it to get my first Mogul replaced when I dropped it and it got scratched...

now that they are starting to replace the 6800 with the tp.. i would say give it a try and turn it in....maybe if they don't give you the tp.. and you only get the 6800...maybe it will have another white spot, they will give you the tp on the next one.... is it worth it? that would be up to each person.
