Help! Windows Media

whenever i play a song it only plays about 20 seconds of the song and goes to the next track... does anybody know how to fix this.. it happened on my first mogul.. and now on my third..

If it is one specific song, what type of file is your song? I would delete the song and then put it back on.. Or get another copy of the song... It's probably a bad song... The songs you are using might be in-correctly coded to play on the mobile WMP

If it's for every song, I am not sure what to do...

well i think i know whats the issue with ur player.... Im pretty sure u have installed OXIOS in your phone to let you free some ram doesnt it... if this is the case then thats the issue i've heard in alot of forums and specially in my phone when i installed OXIOS it interfieres with Windows media Player.. So ether you will have to unistall it or then use another music player... if you use the Music player with sprint u will not have no problems or get another type of music player
