well i think i know whats the issue with ur player.... Im pretty sure u have installed OXIOS in your phone to let you free some ram doesnt it... if this is the case then thats the issue i've heard in alot of forums and specially in my phone when i installed OXIOS it interfieres with Windows media Player.. So ether you will have to unistall it or then use another music player... if you use the Music player with sprint u will not have no problems or get another type of music player
