Help!!! Mogul going haywire

My Mogul is resetting itself, it goes to sleep and doesn't come back on. It freezes up as well. I am on my second replacement which i just received yesterday and it is acting the same exact way! This leads me to believe that it is not the phone. The only thing that has remained constant is the battery and my storage card.

Could one of those things cause the phone to act up? should I try a new battery? It charges and everything fine, but I can't keep getting replacements and have this happen.

And I have hard reset and even flashed roms a few times...

Re: Help!!! Mogul going haywire

Its going to keep doing it You probably have to get another replacement or if you have third party software you can put them on one at a time. I switched mines and my sons mogul out two times for each He got a decent one and I haad to do the software thing All of a sudden days went by with no freezing and It hasnt done it since., I know its frustrating. I noticd when you flash or upgrade the rom it has to be soft reset a few times,

Re: Help!!! Mogul going haywire

Welcome to the world of Mogul refurbs.. Don't hesitate to head right back into the store and get it replaced. Not all the refurbs are horrible, just the majority. Keep trying until you get one that works the way it should - that or force Sprint into an upgrade.
