SPB Mobile shell under HTC Home...cant change

hi, im realtively new to the ppc world but have learned a ton from here. i did search for this answer with no luck.

I have spb shell and htc home on my titan but on the today screen the spb shell icons are under the Htc home screen and i want to move them to the top like i have seen on other today screens. heres an example that i found on this site of what i want to look like, mine is the oppisite, with the shell options under the home screen. any help? thanks.

Go to setting/today screen/items/high light HTC Home/move it up r down as you wish(move function is n the right)

i tried that first. its wont allow me too...

also. i have two battery icons on the top now and they dont match. one has more bars than the other...

fixed the battery issue. had it selected on the spb program and it made 2 of them on the task bar.

still cant get this htc home under the mobile shell icons... the today screen options wont allow me to.

also, can i add more icons to spb shell?

I'm sure that could be fixed with a registry edit.

Edit the registry to unlock the Spb Mobile Shell.

HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\TODAY\ITEMS\"SPB MOBILE SHELL"

change TYPE from 5 to 4.

Then you can move it in the today setting page.

That was slick dude,do you have some other similar tweaks, I never came across this one or did I just miss it. May be i never had the need.
