missing word, excel, powerpoint
hello im kinda new at this. my friend helped me update my mogul to the new 6.1 windows. well i noticed i lost my micrsft word. excel, powerpoint. has anyone had this problem or em i the only one. what can i do to get my software back.

You can try a hard reset and see if that brings them back. OR you can install the .cab file ::HERE::.

how do you hard reset? all i know is how to soft. will hard reset be turning off ur phone urself them starting it back on?

Go to "start/settings/system/clear storage". Another way is to hold the two soft keys above the keyboard while resetting the phone with the stylus via the hole under the microSD slot.

A hard reset is restoring the device to "fresh outta the box" status. It will erase anything you've done to the phone including adding contacts, adding programs or anything else saved to the device's internal storage.

k im just gonna download it. my friend is adding stuff on it and dont wanna lose that data. thanks.. will anyone know how to make a mogul smash on a iphone? i need to be able to show this guy of at work
