Hard reset

I know hard reset is camera + power + reset button. After that it takes me to a screen with red, green, blue and white. It just sits there and does nothing, what do I do after that.

uh thats boot loader mode.... not sure how to get out of that bt hard reset is hold both soft keys and while holding those hit the little button on the bottom... or go to settings system clear storage.

Soft reset with the stylus in the hole will get you out of boot loader.

Hard reset is the two soft keys not the camera+power.
