phone clean up

I read a thread a while back that somebody had to clean all the old texts out to speed his phone back up. So does one need to go thru and do a "disk clean up" on the phone or was that just a clear the inbox sort of thing?

Re: phone clean up

You might try clearing out all your Internet debris (temp files, cache files, pIE history, cookies) occasionally. You can do this manually or get a good clean up program like MemMaid (what I'm using) or SK Tools. You'll really notice a difference in performance and amount of available memory.

Re: phone clean up

I use both MemMaid and SKTools and swear by them. With MemMaid you can even set a schedule that will run MemMaid automatically for you.

late,

Re: phone clean up

Does mem maid work on Minimo? Does it clean all your temporary internet files or just the ones in the Internet Explorer file?

Re: phone clean up

I have no idea elmerfudpucker, but I think elmerdude or elmerphuker are a bit short why don't you tell me? I use SKTools and it always gives me back 2 megs or so. I am running 3.35 with tons of apps including spb shell and I am always hovering around 18MB of Ram which is ok. I do not remember last time I had a low memory error. I run GPS a lot w/o hick ups....Later Elmer

I dunno about the Minimo, SKtools for sure cleans all.
