Difference between verizon and sprint moguls

i have ford microsoft sync in my car, and using jetware bt plugin, u can get the mogul from verizon to read email/sms messages, but this doesn't work with the sprint version. so whats different about the 2 phones and the bluetooth stack that may be affecting this?

No difference internally, they have the same "guts."

thats what i thought, so why is it that the verizon version seems to support sms/email over bluetooth and the sprint version does not.

I have the sprint mogul and it does support reading email subjects and text messages over bluetooth but you must use a program such as microsoft voice command.

Well verizon has built in mms service and sprint does not, they have slightly different carrier specific programs but the actual hardware is the same. I dont see any reason why the sprint wouldnt work, anyone else have a snyc equiped vehicle to test on ?

this is really odd now, today for the first time, it told me i received a message, and then spoke the message to me when i hit the button on my steering wheel. but then when i finally parked, and tried to do it again manually, it wouldn't work. so odd, but it does work, now just need to figure out what the deal is
