Power Save Mode

So where I work, my reception goes in and out all the time. This causes my phone to go into "Power Save Mode, Press any number key." Is there any where that I can adjust this and tell the phone not to go into this mode. I usually charge my phone when I am in the office so I don't really care about battery life. Any direction would be appreciated. If you need more info, let me know.
