Exchange Server Creditentials login go away

I'm hooking my phone up to my work computer so that I can use webmobilizer. I choose within activesync NOT to sync anything. Now I'm getting these random popups asking me for my exchange server creditentials! I brought my phone home from work yesterday and plugged it into my desktop and I'm even getting these annoying screens there now too!

How do I make it stop?
If I put some extra time into it....does this mean my work is setup so that I can check my work email on my phone?

I don't know what the cause is, but the same thing has happened to me before. I'm technically not authorized to use exchange with my phone because it's not a company phone, but i have been able to gain access to the system regularly. I say regularly because they kill the access and i start looking for ways to get in again.

Recently, on this last run they enforced the lock after 30 mins. It really pisses me off because it's always locking on my ***. But since then i've lost access again hahaha. It lasts a few months and then quits. Don't really know why.

Usually when i do a hard reset or upgrade my custom rom, i get access back for whatever reason. Same login, same password and same settings. Don't know what it is.
