I use a hosted Exchange server for my personal email. I sync only email from this server to my Mogul via the data connection.

I sync my tasks, cal, cont, favs, notes to a different Exchange server at work. No email.

The problem I'm having is that when I dock my Mogul to my work PC it tries to sync my personal email to the hosted Exchange server, which is blocked by the firewall. (I don't want it syncing through work anyway) How can I prevent this and have it only sync to that server via the mogul's data connection? (not via USB at work)

The result of this is ActiveSync is EXTREMELY slow. It appears as though it lags excessively, timing out on the hosted Exchange server.
