need help

i installed the smart dialer 2.5 from htc on my phone and it installed well it never showed up but now when i go to dial a # its a white screen and i go to unistall it and well i cant find the file to take it off, any help will be appriciated

did you soft-reset?

umm is that were you turn off complety and reboot? i did and it still blank
