Smile hey

hi all,
im new here and im real happy that a forum like this exists, so i have a question. i have an htc mogul 6800 and im debating on whether i should get a cradle that is also a charger or just a cradle. i mean does it matter if i just leave the phone on a charger like that? thanks for any help in advance!

Welcome to the site! I use a cradle that charges my phone, and I have not had any adverse effects from leaving it on there.

o ok thanx. i was asking because i was told that leaving it on the charger like that when the battery is already fully charged is bad for the battery.

It used to be bad but anymore the batteries are designed with the technology to stop charging when it is fully charged. I leave mine charging every night for about 8-10 hours and have never had an issue.

It only hurts the battery if its more than 12 hrs or so at any one time. It might not last as long as far as 1 year or 2 years but the daily performance should be ok for a while
