Sprint Mogul is driving me crazy

Ok, since the last new rom it has been slowly getting worse. So far today I have had to do 5 soft resets and it is just noon.

I receive phone calls and I can not answer, just rings and rings, I hit the answer Icon or the answer button, nothing.

It locks up, just locks up

If I have not done a soft reset since I last used the Garmin, I get no GPS signal.

Needless to say I am going nuts.

So, I have done some searching, and it seems to be that I need to do a HARD reset.

questions...
How do I do a HARD reset?
What do I lose, everything it seems, so what should I do to get ready for the hard reset.
Any advice or words of wisdom out there?

make sure your contacts are backed up, and any text messages too. everything that you did to the phone after updating the rom will be lost, but all data on the SD card will remail untouched. if you cant active sync, at the very least make a copy of your pim.vol file and save it on your sd card (that holds your contacts)

to hard reset I believe its the left and right soft bottons + power but I cant remember off the top of my head.

Correct! Press down both soft keys and soft reset. Or ##786# >Menu >Reset (needs your MSL)
