Vista Cube Help Please!

I Installed Poles's Vista Cobe On My Mogul And I Am Havime A Prob. The First Side Of The Cube Shows Up Nicely But The The Cube Only Turns Part Of The Way For The Other 2 Sides. Plus The Original Media Hub From The Old Cube Is Still There. How Can I Fix This. Is There A File I Have To Delete Or Something???
