No "Add Button" in pocket plus

Does any one know a hack to either get the "add Button" selection back with pocket plus, or a way to change the buttons pocket plus assigns when installed?

I would like to use the windows button as alt/tab. This button is not listed in the buttons selection. Also there is no tap and hold for the OK button.

Any help or alternate software suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
