Does ##450544# work for anyone? Trying to fix phone number

When I signed up for Sprint, I didn't port my old TMobile number over since I wanted to test out Sprint first. After I ported the number over, the old one still shows up when I go to:

Start Menu > Settings > Phone

My phone works and all but it just bugs me to have that old number there. I called Sprint and they wanted me to enter a code into the dial pad, but my phone didn't work. The code was:

##450544# and ##000000#

It's suppose to bring up another screen after I hit that last # but for me, it just stays at the dial pad screen.

I believe you are trying to use/find your MSL. there is a program floating around called GetSPC. I think that is what you are looking for/need.

Here is how
go to Start=programs=file explorer=my device=windows, look for EPST
tap EPST tap edit and then follow the instructions they gave you.
