Watching Videos on Mogul

Alright, so I have TCPMP on my phone and it works great and all, except for the fact that i don't have videos for it to play on my phone and don't have the software necesary to get those videos onto my phone. I have some .avi divx files that i would like to convert and watch on my phone because they are currently way to big to watch on my little screen (resolution and size) so I just wanted to know which program would be good for me to use on my computer in order to convert the videos for watching on my phone using TCPMP, I have tried a couple in the past (mainly Ashampoo Movie Shrink and Burn 3) and the video quality is fine, but the audio and video are never synched in TCPMP, and even though I have tried using the manual audio/video sync option, I really don't know exactly what I am doing, and would just prefer a video that has it automatically synched well. So what is the best program to use to convert the videos on my computer, for viewing on my Sprint Mogul?

best and free way to convert your movies to play in your PDA. I Never had a syncing problem with virtualdub http://www.tech-recipes.com/pocket_pc_tips529.html
