EVDO Service (Western Columbus OH)

I've been getting EVDO Service at my apartment since I got my Mogul over the summer, it has never been below 2 bars. However, as of today, I can't seem to stay on any EVDO signal. It continually switches back to 1xRTT.
I'm hoping this is a temporary problem Sprint is having with a local tower or something, but I was wondering if this is some known hardware failure with the Moguls. I couldn't find anything substantial with a quick search, but any info would be appreciated.
I'm in the Hilliard area in western Columbus. It is an EVDO Rev A area, FYI. If anybody else is around there, please confirm/deny any problems. Thanks.

I'm in Powell, and I haven't had any issues. Haven't noticed it when Im in other parts of Columbus either. Not sure if this helps you...

Well, it looks like its a very localized area. Just drove around a little bit and EVDO works fine just a mile away. Unfortunate my apartment has to be in the middle of the dead zone. I'll call customer service, see if I can at least notify them of the service issue. Thanks for the help.

I live in Hilliard and I noticed the same problem Sunday night. We were at Applebees and I tried to settle a bet via the Internet and I could only get a 1x signal. It was better by Monday, so who knows.

I am in Lewis Center in my cube (aka My cave) and I have 4 bars and no views of any windows (yea, my life sucks)

Im in dublin and i drive all over the city and always have ev but i have verizon

Definately no issues up here, i was in Hilliard and Dublin the other day, no EVDO issues here for me, i am up around westerville and easton mostly though.

And to justin, try taking that nice shiny verizon phone up about an hour and a half north to morrow county on vzw and let me know how the 1x is doing lol Sprint's the only one i've seen around here with a usable 3g network out in the boonies

Wow.. so many locals! What speeds are you guys getting with the Ev? I just did a test and got 645.30kbps.
