Windows Media Player 10 for Mobile MP4 file - Audio Problems

I searched the forums but no luck.

I have a xv6800 and recorded a video. It appears to be in mp4 format. I play it from the Windows Media Player 10 for mobile pcs and the audio is fine on my xv6800.

When I try to play it on Quicktime player, I get an error and the video does not play.

When I play the file on VLC Media Player, the video plays, but no audio.

When I play the file on Windows Media Player 11 on my desktop, the video and audio are fine.

Is this normal? It seems to only work with WMP11 and nothing else. Would it be possible to convert this file to be more player friendly?
