How to combine synced Outlook calendars

At home I use Activesync to sync my contact list and calendar with Outlook. It's the only thing I use Outlook for at home. If it weren't for Activesync using Outlook as a contact manager I would probably never use it at home at all.

Anyway, at my new job, I've started using Outlook for email as well as the calendar. I have a lot of random tech jobs and appointments to keep so I use the calendar to organize and manage those appointments.

I would like to sync those appointments to my Mogul so that they are combined with any other events I have entered into my phone. I don't want to do anything to my contacts or other info. Do I just set Activesync to only synchronize calendar and let it go or will that mess with my contact list or previously entered appointments?

This should be easy but I don't want to mess with installing Activesync on my work computer and synchronizing if it's going to mess with my personal contacts and other stuff.

Re: How to combine synced Outlook calendars

find out if your new employer supports Windows Mobile 5 and above.
if so, you can enable the Microsoft PUSH connection, (in the COMM Manager), to sync directly with your company's exchange server.. (through mobile.yourcomany.com on your phone).
this way, you don't have to touch your actual computer.. no active sync, nothing.....

Re: How to combine synced Outlook calendars

You should be able to set up a partnership to sync the items you want, so if you wanted to just sync the calendar, that would work. However, this means your personal events would be transfered to your work computer.

Re: How to combine synced Outlook calendars

Yeah, I will mess with push email eventually but right now my main concern was calendar. I guess I will deal with combined calendars and just set up a partnership and only sync calendar. Later I might add email through our exchange server.
