Text Message Issue

I just finished updating my rom using the kitchen at ppckitchen.org. Everything is working fine except when I get text messages my phone doesn't vibrate or ring. I've done hard resets and flashed it a few times and same problem.

In the sounds and notifications menu do you have the led/ring/vibrate options checked ?

Yeah, I did. I had all the settings correct. It would still only ring for voice calls

I actually got it working. I flashed it for a 6th time and it started working. I don't know what the problem was. Thanks though.
