White Spot On Screen Fix

No I dont know how to fix the white spot on my mogul. On my third phone and still have a white spot on the lower left corner. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS??? What really is a kick in the **** is the sprint store and htc support has NEVER heard of this problem. Riiiighttt... Now they wanna give me a htc touch, if i wanted the touch i would have bought that to begin with!

We have heard it all from something putting pressure on the back of the screen to a magnet causing this in the phone.

Someone has to know what is actually causing this out there!!!! ----> someone tells me how to fix it and it works i'll paypal you 50 bucks!

Re: White Spot On Screen Fix

Well, I think it's exactly one of those hardware related issues you mentioned. Heat, pressure, whatever. Either way, it would appear that all devices either have it or develop it. I don't think you're going to find a fix unfortunately. Either have to live with it (not that noticeable or big of a deal in my opinion), or move on to a different device.

Re: White Spot On Screen Fix

I've heard that taking a center punch and a hammer and striking the white spot dead center makes the spot go away permanently.

That's absolutely ridiculous. Everyone knows it's a soldering iron and a hammer
