How do I remove programs that I don't want?

Someone else had asked which programs to remove and there were a few suggestions, however, I'd like to know how to remove those programs from ROM such as:

GetGood
WIndows Live
Sprint Music
etc.

How does one go about removing these if they're installed as part of the ROM?

Some are built into the ROM, others are Java apps that can be removed by going under your Java control panel "E"

Just my experience....

It is not easy, nor suggested, to remove applications that are installed within a rom, as there can be serious problems afterward. That is why I always look for the cleanest roms with the newest versions of WM and the radio, and then install my own apps.

rainfreak, thanks for the suggestion. I was thinking that was probably the issue.

Well, if there's no "safe" way to remove things without installing a new ROM, then okay then.

There may be a "safe" way to do it, though I am not aware of it. I will admit I have only been flashing roms on my ppc phones for the past couple of months and am not very knowledgable about the entire process, though I am getting more in depth as I go.

how can u see the full names of apps listed in remove programs section under settings

have the names are cut off .... how can i read the full names to see what they are ...?

i tried changing screen to landscape but it still shows for ex the equinoxe wizard retouched ....
