I need some information from the geeks!!

Trust me this is not just another Roaming issue thread...

Ive searched through 30 or 40 different threads on both here and xda, about the titan roaming after updating rom,, and continuing to do so even after re-provisioning...

Mine is also doing the same,, I have an alltel ppc6800 and had made a qpst backup of all my settings, and throughout many many flashes, I had a computer failure during a flash that took out my 6800,, you know the dark screen and a red light...

So Since I work for a wireless store, I got ahold of a vendor and ordered me another 6800,, actually it came in as a Qwest Mogul new in box,,,

I promptly flahsed olipro2.4 then flashed the new sprint rom 3.5,, then before phone completely booted (without letting the sprint settings run) I flashed dcd,s alltel kitchen.. and then upon fullboot i had roaming triangle.
i tried doing an ota and it had succss but i still had a roaming triangle..
and data was inop,, calls were fine though..

i restored my settings with qpst, and still roaming triangle persists,,

i checked ##33284 and it shows me on correct sid and nid
i was able to get data to work using my esn for hda auth,, and i dont have to dial an area code to place a call like I normally do when i am truly roaming,,,
so im really not roaming, im pretty sure..

i have heard on the first leaked rom that in this situation,, people were flashing back to stock rom,,, reprovisioning, then flashing the leaked rom to get things right..

My problem is is that this is not an alltel phone to begin with it is qwest,, and Im not sure about trying to downgrade from the new oem sprint rom,, because ive already bricked one unit....

( And by the way I know its tempting,, but please dont come back and say its not bricked,, and tell me to try and put it into bootloader,, LOL,, this thing is bricked,,, took it to a repair depot and the phone has no radio, no bootloader, and no rom,, all the memory locations in the phone are filled with garbage, and it absolutely will not take a wipe and write,, even with a J-tag... )

so my question to the gurus is.. im interested in looking deeper,, maybe for some type of descriptor burried into either the registry, or the nvm that may have either been left over from qwest or from upgrading the radio and rom with sprint,, basically something in there that is telling the phone that it is not on the right network,, even though all my settings allow the phone to operate as if it was on its native network,,, do any of you know of anything off the top of your head,,,? that I may look for?

I am not trying to post another thread to add to the other 10045434 threads saying (my phone is stuck on roaming how do I fix it..) in other words not looking for a handout or for me to go the easy route...
I am wanting to actually do some work on this matter, and am only asking for some advice if anyone has ever ran accross anything that may help...
I am not noobtastic, and this isnt my first rodeo and im open to all suggestions..

thanx ahead of time
You guys are great....

And I will definitely post my results on this..
So moderators,, if this belongs in the upgrade thread or somewhere else, I apoligise, and would hope it would be moved to a more proper location...

Yes sir.. tried both standard ev and special device prls..

Im sorry though. I probably should have been a little more clear on what im wanting..

I am far far past the basics on this. with the prl's the sid's. doing ota's. calling alltel for reprovisioning. etc.

What im looking for is information on how home/roaming is stored in the radio.

basically i think that there is network settings that a radio rom stores for its native network that cant be read through qpst..

so after putting the sprint rom on here. even though i restored all my settings in qpst that came off of my 6800 there is still something in the radio telling windows that i am not on the radios native network. even though my personal settings force it to be otherwise.
im going to break out qxdm tomorrow and dig a little deeper.

I do greatly appreciate the response and your time though.
