Setting up Msn account doesnt work

I did the nu2chem rom and everything works fine but when i go to set up new account it ask me my email and password like always. then when i hit next it go to (Help with Windows live. Select the link below to access your windows live account.) now if i go to the link it works of course cause its online but i want my account on the phone. any ideas? can i redownload outlook somehow
