Touch Dialer on new ROM?

I seem to be having a problem with using my touch dial skin with the dialer in the new ROM. Anyone have a working copy of the touch dialer for the new rom?

I'm having a problem with the skin I use as well. The 1 button has a hole in it.

To fix: HKCU\ControlPanel\PhoneExtendFunction\CDMA, Set EnableVoicemailIcon = 0 then soft reset.
