mogul down for the count?

im gettin no responce from this thing at all...no power from any thing unless i plug it into the charger and then all i get the red led to light up.....is it dead?

yeppp.......the one time i get any thing to do any thing is when its on the charger and then all i get is the red led....it wont power up at all....nothing but a red led is all i can get outa it

Try checking the battery. The RED LED when powered in is a sign that the battery is damaged or not present.

well after the long wait at the sprint store its dead... the main board got fired some how and now im the not so proud owner of a referbished unit

it was in my car over night and we got snow and it was about 23 out side... thats not some thing im used to happening since i live in texas and didnt even think about that killing my phone
