how do i upload pics from my mogul to my pc...

im having trouble uploading pics from my mogul to my pc and still keep the files fullsize....for somereason it shrinks them down to and avatar sized image.....thanx in advance...also i did try a search and got some error message...and im running my mobiler to display my mogul on the desktop of my pc and it is active synced...

ActiveStink does not convert synced photos. Check the pic settings on your device. Also make sure you have the latest version of Activesync.

Copy them to the storage card, and move them using a SD card reader.

well i tired the card reader method and that worked but the pics are still rediculously small....

Then you must not have full size selected on the mogul. It's a setting in the camera app.

Edit: in other words, that's the size you shot the photos in. They're always going to be that size. You need to select a larger size before you shoot more.

Hmmm... maybe I am way off on this, but you have the option of "EXPLORING" your device on Activestink and then you can navigate your way into where you pics are stored (device or storage card) and then drag and drop them to your pc... if all you want to do is retrieve the pics from your phone and put them on your PC.

As far as the size goes, I agree with everyone else that posted, check the size that you shot the pics in.

Go to Pictures and Videos, then Menu, Tools, Options, and then make sure the first drop down menu is "Original Size".

This might not be what you're talking about, but maybe it is.
